About Me
I’m married to my high school sweetheart. We have two darling daughters married to super son-n-laws, four grandkids, and a fifth grandchild due in August 2008.
I served in the Judge Advocate General Corp of the U. S. Navy with an Honorable Discharge in 1968. My military training and travel took me overseas, serving as a court martial reporter and radio communications officer.
My education includes an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from LaGrange College; and Doctor of Jurisprudence, John Marshall Law School, Atlanta.
For the past 40 years I have served in the property and liability insurance industry as claims and risk manager. I have served as board member and past president of insurance associations.
I currently serve as Moral Leadership Officer in the Civil Air Patrol, teaching Values for Living Lessons to both teenage cadets and senior officers. Many of these lessons will be posted on this site in coming months.
